Demon wandered aimlessly through the dark circle. Strangely dying was not as painful as he had imagined. There was nothing i n his heart but sorrow and hatred. Sorrow for vesa and the pack and not being there for them and hatred. A deep hatred for Darcia his killer he would much rather have faught Darcia then to have backed down. darcia if he was really so powerful could have had any pack why demon's though?? Why was vesa the one who was left but vesa was strong and she had a cool head. She knew how to look invisible and not bring attention to herself. He just hoped that was enough.

[glow=black,2,300] And through the darkness they came. There were five of them. What were they? Judgement wolves...
The first, a large brown he-wolf spoke first. He looked about ten years in age, an elder wolf for sure. He had glittering green eyes, and a grim look upon his face. Around his neck, there was a black ribbon, which flowed as if blown by wind. But there was no wind here. "Demon, you have died, and therefore, you have been sent here to find your destiny,"
A small black fae with short fur then came into clear view beside him. She looked saddened, but needless to say, was also showing no emotion when she spoke. Her piercing blue eyes cut the darkness, and found there way to Demon. "It is here you will be given a choice, if you pass our little test,"
The third wolf came, a skinny gray male with yellow eyes. He wore a chain around his neck, and a silver band around his front right leg. He starred at Demon with a slight grin on his face. "We know all about you already, so do not lie to us when we ask you questions," he growled.
Then the last two came. One was a large white wolf with white eyes and no other markings what so ever. He didn't speak, he just sat next to the old brown wolf and wagged his tail. The last wolf, well, his appearence would send chills down your spine. He was a massive black wolf, chains all around his body, and bloody red rubies for eyes. Blood stains ran through his pelt, and an evil smile was written upon his maw. He sat the most distanced from the group, and glanced straight at Demon, his eyes glowing like embers.
The brown wolf shook his head a bit and looked at Demon again. He nodded his head, and suddenly a huge golden scale appeared underneath Demon's feet. On the other side, there was a silver feather. "Now, first question," he began. "Have you ever killed, when you were not defending your life, or someone else's life?"
All the wolves waited in silence for reply. [/glow]

I have never killed. He stood, waiting for the other wolves to speak. The wolves were the only thing he could see in the darkness.

[glow=black,2,300] The brown wolf heard the reply echo through the emptiness of the darkened room. He grinned and waited. The golden scale shifted, and the silver feather sank. Demon rose above the wolves, and the feather. The brown he-wolf seemed pleased with this, but the large black he-wolf bound in chains looked away now. The small black fae jumped down from her pedestal and glanced up at the scale.
She reset it with a twitch of her paw, and then looked to the grey he-wolf, still standing still in the darkness. He grinned and spoke loudly enough to be heard by all of the wolves. "You have told the truth Demon, and that is one step in the right direction,"
The large white wolf smiled, but still remained silent. The large brown wolf nodded, and spoke once again. "Now Demon, have you ever lied to another wolf about you, or your acomplishments?" [/glow]

"I have no accomplishments other than a barely formed pack. I have not lied." he replied with a note of regret.

The brown wolf shifted uneasily on the top of his pedestal. He nodded, slowly turning his head towards the small black fae. He sniffed the air, seeming to search for he scent of a lie. There was none, so he barked. The scale shifted so that once again, Demon rose above the feather. The black fae rushed over to reset the scale, and did so with another simple wave of the paw.
The large, black chained wolf seemed to partily fade away, like his physical being was no longer there. At the same time, the white wolf glowed a bit, the radience cutting throught the transparent image of the black wolf. He gace a strong, faithful howl, hat rand throughout the chamber, and it lit up the room. The darkness disappeared into nothingness, showing a large white marble room. Beautiful images of wolves, laid in stone lined the walls. Red and vibrant curtains hung between pairs of the pillars, dropping to almost the floor.
The skinny gray wolf shivered and narrowed his eyes. His hackles were raised. The brown wolf coughed dryly, giving him a cautious look. But the gray he-wolf ignored the warning, and made his way down from the pedestal and towards the scale. The brown wolf gave a powerful bark, but it did not stop the wolf's advance. The black fae stood by wearily and sighed.
"It seems as if [glow=blue,2,300]Envy[/glow] wants to test your strength and faith in the light," she said. The brown wolf eventually nodded, the scale lowering, and a ring of thorns surrounding both [glow=blue,2,300]Envy[/glow] and Demon. [glow=blue,2,300]Envy[/glow] gave a low growl, and at the same time a grim smile.
"I forgot to tell you our names it seems," the large brown wolf said. "We each represent a part of you. I am [glow=green,2,300]Memory[/glow]. The black one is [glow=pink,2,300]Love[/glow]. The white one is [glow=silver,2,300]Hope[/glow]. The chained wolf is [glow=red,2,300]Hate[/glow]. The gray wolf, as you have previously heard, is [glow=blue,2,300]Envy[/glow]. Prepare yourself for a bruttle struggle to test your wits and beliefs."
